Return Policy + Shipping Info

Returns:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at ShopSincerelyShilo@gmail.com
  • We are unable to send return labels at this time so return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns are for store credit only. 
  • Any returns sent after the return time period will not be credited. 
  • Customers have 14 days from the time they receive their package to initiate a return.
  • Customers will receive an email notification once their return has been processed. 
  • The following items are ineligible for return: 
    • Jewelry
    • Hats
    • Bags
    • Swimsuits
    • Bodysuits
    • Gift cards
    • Final sale items

Exchanges:

  • We are only able to exchange items for another size, you can not send back an item to exchange for a different item. 
  • When making your exchange, please note on the invoice what size you would like us to send out once we receive your return.
  • If the item you are looking to exchange is out of stock once we receive your package, you will receive store credit. 

Shipping Info:

  • All orders are sent via USPS
  • You can track your order using USPS.com
  • All orders ship within 1-3 business days (we are closed on weekends and holidays)

Expedited Shipping:

  • Expedited orders will ship same day, as long as the order is placed before 12pm CST
  • Any expedited order placed after 12pm CST will be processed the next business day

Damages & Order Errors:
