Return Policy + Shipping Info

- We are unable to send return labels at this time so return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All returns are for store credit only.
- Any returns sent after the return time period will not be credited.
- Customers have 14 days from the time they receive their package to initiate a return.
- Customers will receive an email notification once their return has been processed.
- The following items are ineligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- We are only able to exchange items for another size, you can not send back an item to exchange for a different item.
- When making your exchange, please note on the invoice what size you would like us to send out once we receive your return.
- If the item you are looking to exchange is out of stock once we receive your package, you will receive store credit.
- All orders are sent via USPS
- You can track your order using USPS.com
- All orders ship within 1-3 business days (we are closed on weekends and holidays)
- Expedited orders will ship same day, as long as the order is placed before 12pm CST
- Any expedited order placed after 12pm CST will be processed the next business day
